A Prayer For What’s Meant For You To Find Its Way To You

Maybe the next season of your life isn’t about trying harder to make something happen. Maybe it’s about becoming unavailable for anything that requires you to abandon your peace just to keep it. What belongs in your life should have room for you to be fully yourself once it arrives.

God,

I’m tired of chasing. Tired of forcing. Tired of convincing myself that if I just try harder, it will work out. So today, I’m releasing my grip.

I’m letting go of what I’ve been holding too tightly and trusting that what’s truly meant for me will find me — without me having to beg for it, manipulate it, or exhaust myself pursuing it.

If it’s the right relationship, let it come to me with clarity and peace, not confusion and chaos. If it’s the right opportunity, let it align without me having to force doors open that you’re clearly keeping closed. If it’s the right path, let it unfold naturally, not through my striving but through your orchestration.

God, help me trust that I don’t have to chase what’s mine. Help me believe that what belongs in my life won’t require me to lose myself to obtain it. Teach me the difference between faith and force, between stepping forward and pushing too hard. Let me rest in the truth that what’s meant for me is already on its way. I don’t have to hunt it down. I just have to be ready to receive it when it arrives.

Amen.
