Dear God,
Thank you for your inherent light that breaks into my darkness. The truth is, whenever I face difficulties or challenges, I sometimes struggle to arise and get back up. I tend to remain stuck where I am because I can’t see a way out.
Today, I respond to your invitation to ‘arise, shine,’ for your light has come to me. I ask that your light shines within and through me, illuminating my path forward. I aspire to experience this spiritual awakening, so that I can reflect your glory effectively and help others who are also walking through their own periods of darkness. Thank you for your promise of restored brilliance, for allowing me to be a vessel of your glory, and for the transformation that happens when your glory rises upon me.
