God Is Closing This Chapter To Open A Better One

You’re allowed to honor what’s ending while trusting what’s coming.

God: You’re closing a chapter.

You: I can feel it but I can’t name it.

God: That’s because chapters don’t always close dramatically. Sometimes they end quietly. With small shifts. With the loss of interest in things that used to matter. With the realization that you’ve outgrown what once felt essential.

The closing of this chapter is the beginning of the next.

– Jacqueline Whitney

You: Am I supposed to grieve it?

God: You can. Even good endings deserve to be grieved. But while you’re closing this chapter, I’m opening another. One you can’t see yet. One I’ve been preparing for you.

You: What is it?

God: It’s a chapter where you stop fighting for things that weren’t meant to be. Where you start receiving instead of striving. Where the people I send actually stay. Where the dreams you’ve been holding onto start taking shape.

You: When does it begin?

God: It’s already beginning. The closing of this chapter is the beginning of the next. You can’t open a new chapter without closing the one before it. Trust the closing. Honor the chapter. And get ready for what’s about to unfold.
