June is a planting season. What you tend to now is what grows in the second half of your year. Choose carefully. Not everything that’s been in your garden deserves to stay.
the belief that good things are still coming for you
– Jacqueline Whitney
Plant this:
- the belief that good things are still coming for you
- boundaries that protect your peace without apology
- connections that feel like rest, not work
- the dream you’ve been too afraid to tend to
- trust in your own timing
- the version of yourself that’s been waiting for permission to emerge
- hope that doesn’t need proof to survive
- rest that doesn’t have to be earned

Stop watering this:
- the relationship that only grows when you’re the one putting in effort
- the version of yourself you’ve already outgrown
- the story that says you’re behind
- grief that’s become more comfortable than growth
- the hope that someone will change (they’ve shown you who they are)
- the need to be understood by people who don’t want to understand you
- the guilt you’ve been carrying that was never yours to begin with
- anything that requires you to shrink to survive
