Angel 1: It looked good on the surface. She would’ve gotten the relationship she begged him for, and the job she was convinced was meant for her, and her whole timeline would’ve unfolded exactly the way she planned.

Angel 2: What happened in that version?

Angel 1: She slowly disappeared into the relationship until she barely recognized herself. The job consumed her in a way that left no room for the healing she actually needed. Everything arrived before she was ready, and she watched it all quietly fall apart because the foundation underneath wasn’t built to hold any of it yet.

Angel 2: Does she know what God saved her from?

Angel 1: Not yet. She’s still mourning the no’s and wondering what she did wrong to deserve them.

Angel 2: He loved her too much to give her what she wanted before she was ready to keep it.

Angel 1: One day she’s going to look at the life she’s actually living and understand. She’ll see that every door he closed was him pointing her toward something that actually fits who she is.

Angel 2: She’s going to thank him.

Angel 1: She already is, in small ways. She just hasn’t realized that’s what she’s doing yet.
