Dear God,

Thank you for blessing me with the ultimate gift today—another day of life. I know you are the source of all good things in my life, and that I often miss out on all of the blessings you pour over me each day. So today, I will express more gratitude for all that you give me.

Help me recognize the small and large gifts that you are offering me, so that I can learn to better appreciate your constant state of giving. Open my eyes to see that every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from you, the Father of heavenly lights. Thank you for being the generous God that you are, who does not change like shifting shadows but remains faithful in your giving.
