Maybe this season isn’t asking you to wait harder. Maybe it’s asking you to finally believe you’re allowed to receive the goodness you’ve spent so long praying for. Open your hands. Let God surprise you with what he’s been preparing.
God,
I’m done waiting passively for what you’ve already prepared. Today I’m claiming it. Not out of entitlement, but out of faith. Faith that what you promised is real. Faith that what you’ve been holding for me hasn’t expired. Faith that I’m finally ready to receive what I’ve been praying toward for so long.
I’m claiming the peace that’s been just out of reach. The provision that’s been building behind the scenes. The relationships that are aligned with where you’re taking me. The doors that have my name on them. The breakthrough that’s been delayed but never cancelled.
God, heal whatever in me has been too afraid to claim what’s mine. The part that feels unworthy. The part that keeps expecting good things to fall through. The part that’s been so conditioned by waiting that receiving feels foreign.
What you’ve been holding for me is better than what I’ve been settling for. And I’m ready to walk into all of it.
Amen.
