You can’t miss what God has already written for you. The right person, the right opportunity, the right season — it won’t pass you by because the timing wasn’t perfect or because you made a wrong turn. What’s yours is yours. Stop chasing what’s already on its way and trust that God’s plan for your life is more intentional than your fear gives him credit for.

God,

I’ve been so afraid of missing it. Missing the right person, the right opportunity, the right moment. Like if I’m not paying close enough attention or making exactly the right moves, what’s meant for me will pass me by and find someone else instead.

But today I’m asking you to replace that fear with faith. Help me trust that what you’ve written into my story can’t be taken from me by bad timing, by wrong turns, or by seasons that felt wasted. What’s mine is mine. And no amount of delay, detour, or doubt can redirect what you’ve already ordained for my life.

God, free me from the exhausting need to chase, to force, and to manufacture what’s already on its way. Help me trust that the right doors will open at the right time, the right people will arrive in the right season, and the right opportunities will find me exactly when I’m ready for them. Not a moment too soon. Not a moment too late.

What’s meant for me won’t miss me. Help me rest in that truth today.
