Dear God,

Thank you for your perfect love for me. Even when I’m not deserving, you extend unconditional love that forms the foundation of my faith. I come to you today acknowledging where my love for others falls short—when my expectations become unreasonable, my anger gets the best of me, or envy creeps into my heart. Help me grow in all aspects of love as described by you. Transform my perspective so I can see others through your eyes. Strengthen me to practice love not merely as a feeling but as deliberate action. Thank you for blessing me with relationships where I experience love, and for the daily opportunity to love others more authentically.
