When we are waiting for breakthroughs, it can feel discouraging when delays and setbacks make everything seem uncertain. Let this be a reminder to stay confident in God’s timing and not give up, even when the waiting feels long. Let’s entrust this moment to Him.

Dear God,

I trust that Your will and plan for my life is much greater than I can dare to fathom, so teach me how to maintain confidence in Your promises despite the delays, setbacks, and roadblocks. In this season of waiting, give me strength to persevere and when fulfillment feels far away, give me the endurance to not give up and instead, continuously seek You.

I am grateful for Your faithfulness in the waiting process, for I know that You are preparing something much bigger and better than I can currently fathom, which is why it’s taking the time it needs. Help me remember not to throw away my confidence, for it will be richly rewarded, and give me perseverance so that when I have done Your will, I will receive what You have promised.
