Sometimes letting go looks like choosing forward one day at a time.
God: I see the part of you that’s still holding on.
You: I thought I let it go.
The things meant for you don’t ask you to keep proving you deserve them.

God: Most of you did. But there’s a small part of you still keeping the door open. Still hoping. Still checking to see if maybe you misunderstood me when I told you it was over.
You: What if I’m supposed to fight for it?
God: You’ve fought for it. You fought for it for years. The fight is what told you everything you needed to know. The things meant for you don’t ask you to keep proving you deserve them.

You: It’s hard to fully accept it’s done.
God: I know. So we’ll do this together. You don’t have to release it all at once. But every time you catch yourself reaching back for it, choose me instead. The fully letting go happens slowly. Just keep choosing forward.
