Peace is often how God gets your attention.
- Start the day by remembering you don’t have to do it alone.
- Talk to God the way you’d talk to someone you trust – honest and unfiltered.
- Spend a few quiet minutes with God before the day gets loud.
- Read scripture without trying to “learn something.” Just notice what stays with you.
- Let go of the pressure to feel spiritual all the time. Showing up is enough.
- Invite God into the normal parts of your day, not just the serious ones.
- Pay attention to what settles your spirit – peace is often how
God gets your attention. - Rest without explaining yourself. You don’t have to earn it.
- Tell God what you’re tired of carrying. He already knows.
- End the day by placing everything back in his hands, even the things that didn’t make sense.
