Reflecting Jesus in your job and at the workplace means embodying His love, integrity, and humility in how you work, interact with others, and handle challenges each day.

Inspired by this reel, I connected all these points to verses in the Bible.

1. Don’t complain.

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing.” (Philippians 2:14)

A heart of gratitude shifts focus from frustration to trust in God’s plan.

2. Watch your language.

“Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up.” (Ephesians 4:29)

Words have power—choose to speak life and encouragement.

3. Encourage others.

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up.” (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

A kind word can uplift a struggling coworker and reflect Christ’s love.

4. Operate in integrity.

“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out.” (Proverbs 10:9)

5. Pray for those you work with.

Lifting up colleagues in prayer fosters compassion and unity.

6. Shut down gossip or walk away.

“A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends.” (Proverbs 16:28)

Protect peace by avoiding conversations that harm others.
