The Burnt Toast Theory: When Life Slows Down On Purpose

We’re quick to call it bad luck. The missed exit. The delayed flight. The plan that falls apart at the last second. We see inconvenience — but what if it’s intervention? What if the delay is protection you can’t see yet?

Not every setback is meant to stop you. Some are meant to steer you. Some are quietly moving you away from something that would have cost you more than you realize.

Trust that where you end up is not random. Even the burnt toast has a purpose.

Every time you burn your toast, miss an exit, miss your flight, or get stuck in traffic, you’re actually being delayed for a reason. You are being redirected to a different path.

What feels like an inconvenience is actually protecting you from something unseen. Even if you don’t get where you wanted to go, you will always end up where you are meant to be.

Trust the process.
