Things Heaven Wants People With Tired Hearts To Remember

Many of us have learned to measure our worth by how much we can carry. But God never asked you to earn your value through exhaustion. If you’re tired, this is your reminder: you are allowed to rest, have limits, and put down burdens that were never yours to carry.

  • You do not need to earn rest.
  • You are allowed to stop carrying everyone.
  • Not every problem belongs to you.
  • Being exhausted is not proof that you’re doing enough.

God is not asking you to prove your worth through exhaustion.

– Jacqueline Whitney
  • You are allowed to need help.
  • You are allowed to have limits.
  • You are allowed to disappoint people in order to stay true to yourself.
  • The version of you that survives everything is not the only version of you that deserves to exist.
  • Some seasons are for pushing forward.
  • Some seasons are for recovering.
  • God is not asking you to prove your worth through exhaustion.
  • You have carried enough.
  • You are allowed to put some of it down.
