Devotional Message
Every question you have is a sacred invitation to commune with God. Anytime there is confusion in your spirit, uncertainty in your mind, or desperation for an answer, He is willingly and patiently waiting to infuse your mind, heart and soul with His divine wisdom that is available to you, for His generous heart longs to guide us when we need understanding.
When we don’t know what to do, where to go, or how to take the next step, we often feel immense shame for the predicament we are in. We blame ourselves for being confused, yet also prevent ourselves from seeking guidance in efforts to not feel weaker than we already do. However, God knows the truth that we, as humans, will have moments of uncertainty and need. We will not always understand His ways, we will not always know where we are being led, and we will have to face the unknown courageously and bravely.
The beautiful promise is this: God is abundantly able to respond to our biggest questions without criticism, shame, or making us feel foolish for asking. He invites our questions because they draw us closer to His heart. When we cast away our shame, guilt or embarrassment, we create space within our hearts to humbly approach His throne of grace with confidence that our questions will be met with wisdom.
From then, no longer do we handle life on our own, but we make decisions from an elevated place—not through our limited human perceptions, but through the eternal perspective of our all-knowing God. Watch for it: He will speak wisdom into your spirit, often out of nowhere, clearly answering your largest questions and speaking to you directly exactly when you are meant to hear it. This is the generous heart of your Father—giving wisdom freely to His beloved children.

Dear God, thank you for your generous heart and willingness to give wisdom in my time of uncertainty and confusion. I have many doubts about whether I’m on the right path and struggle to make aligned decisions. Please give me clarity today and infuse my mind with your wisdom—what is the purpose of this experience? What do you want me to learn? How should I respond? I trust you will provide the clarity I need and replace my limited understanding with your divine perspective. I open my heart to receive and follow the wisdom you provide. Amen.
